An abandoned checkout is one a customer started but did not complete. StoreFleet reads them live from the shop. The screen is view-only: you can look at a checkout and copy its link, not change it.

Open the list

  • In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin): open StoreFleet: Inventory Sync → Orders → Abandoned checkouts.
  • In the Dashboard: open Orders & Fulfillment → Abandoned checkouts. The screen shows one shop at a time; pick the shop in the header.

Read the list

  • Tabs: All, Not recovered and Email not sent.
  • Search: Search checkouts.
  • Columns: Checkout, Date, Placed by, Email status, Recovery status and Total.

Email status shows Sent, Scheduled or Not sent for the recovery email. Recovery status shows Recovered once the customer completed the order, otherwise Not recovered.

Send the customer back to their cart

  1. Click a checkout to open it. It shows the items, totals, customer, contact information, addresses and notes.
  2. Click Copy checkout link. You see Checkout link copied.
  3. Paste the link into your message to the customer. It resumes their cart.

If the browser blocks copying, the Dashboard shows the link so you can copy it by hand.

What you cannot do here

  • Send or schedule the recovery email. This screen only shows its status.
  • Edit or delete a checkout.
