Export orders to a CSV file

Download orders as a CSV file from the StoreFleet Dashboard, for the current page, selected orders or all of a shop's orders, or from Multi-Store Sync.

Updated

On this page
  1. Export in the Dashboard
  2. Export in Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin)

You can download orders as a CSV file from the Dashboard or from StoreFleet: Inventory Sync. The Dashboard can also export all of a shop’s orders in the background.

Export in the Dashboard

  1. Open Orders & Fulfillment → Orders. Filter or search first if you want only some orders.
  2. Click Export CSV. The Export orders window opens.
  3. Under Export, choose what to include:
    • Current page: the orders on screen.
    • All orders: every order of one shop. Pick the shop in the header first; with All shops this choice is not available.
    • Selected: the orders you ticked.
    • All orders matching your search: shows when you have searched.
  4. Under Export as, choose CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs or Plain CSV file.
  5. Click Export orders.

Current page and Selected download straight away. All orders is prepared in the background: you see Your export is being prepared. Click View exports to open Exports and Download the file when it shows Ready.

If a search matches more orders than the file can hold, you see that the file stops at a number of orders. Narrow the date range or the shop and export again.

To export only the ticked orders without the window, click Export selected.

Export in Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin)

  1. Open StoreFleet: Inventory Sync → Orders.
  2. Click Export.

This downloads the orders on the current page as a CSV file, with the same columns as the list. If nothing downloads, allow pop-ups for the site and try again.

Multi-Store Sync has no background export of all orders. To export every order of a shop, use the Dashboard.
