Product Library: edit once, push to your shops

Keep a master copy of your products in the StoreFleet Product Library, import them from a shop or a spreadsheet, and push them to several shops at once.

Updated

On this page
  1. Import products into the library
  2. Find a product
  3. Push a product to shops
  4. Library or shop copy?

The Product Library is the master copy of your products. You edit a product once there and push it to the shops that should sell it. Products, next to it in the menu, shows what one shop is actually selling right now.

The Product Library is in the StoreFleet Dashboard only. Multi-Store Sync inside Shopify admin works on the shop’s own products; see Edit a product.

Import products into the library

  1. Open Inventory & Products → Product Library.
  2. Click Import to library.
  3. Choose From this shop to copy a shop’s products, or From a spreadsheet to upload them.

You can also open Products, which shows one shop’s live products, and use Import to library there.

Find a product

Use the All, Draft, Active and Archived tabs and the search box (Search by product title…).

Push a product to shops

  1. In the Actions column of the product’s row, click the push button.
  2. In the push dialog, choose Groups, Individual shops, or both.
  3. Click Push to N shops.

The push is queued and runs in the background; it does not wait for approval. Follow its progress in the Listings column. The Fill the gaps tab in the same dialog is for sending the product only where it is still missing.

Library or shop copy?

  • Edit in the Product Library when a change should reach every shop that sells the product.
  • Edit in Products when the change is for one shop only. That edits the shop’s own copy, not the library. See Edit a product.
