Pages are the standalone pages of your storefront, such as About us or Contact. The Pages list shows each page’s Title, Handle, Visibility (Visible or Hidden) and when it was Updated. Use Search pages to find a page by title or handle.

Open Pages

  • In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin): click Online store, then the Pages tab. If you have linked more than one shop, pick the shop with the store switcher at the top.
  • In the Dashboard: open Online store → Pages and pick the shop in the header.

Add a page

  1. Click Add page.
  2. In the Dashboard, choose the Shop under Organization. A page stays in the shop it was created in.
  3. Enter the Title and write the Content. Click Edit HTML to work on the HTML directly, and Preview to see the result.
  4. Under Search engine listing, fill in Page title and Meta description if you want search engines to show something other than the title.
  5. Under Visibility, tick Visible to show the page on the storefront. Leave Publish date blank to publish it straight away.
  6. Under Organization, set the URL handle, or leave it blank to make one from the title.
  7. Click Save. In Multi-Store Sync, use Save in the save bar at the top of the page.

In Multi-Store Sync you see Page saved when the page is on the shop.

Edit or hide a page

  1. Click the page in the list.
  2. Change what you need. To take the page off the storefront without deleting it, untick Visible.
  3. Click Save.

Delete pages

  1. Tick one or more pages in the list and click Delete, or open a page and click Delete page.
  2. Confirm. Deleting a page is permanent.

When changes reach the shop

Pages are read live from Shopify, and saving writes to the shop straight away, from both Multi-Store Sync and the Dashboard. Page changes do not wait on the Approvals page.
