Click any order in the Orders list to open its page. The Dashboard and StoreFleet: Inventory Sync show the same layout, read live from Shopify.

What the page shows

  • Main column: the items still to ship under Unfulfilled, shipped items under Fulfilled, removed items, the payment summary, Returns, and the Timeline.
  • Side column: Notes, Customer, Contact information, Shipping address, Billing address, Channel information, Conversion summary, the risk card (Risk assessment in the Dashboard, Order risk in Multi-Store Sync) and Tags. In the Dashboard, the billing address and conversion summary are not filled in yet; open the order in Multi-Store Sync or Shopify admin to see them.

The Timeline lists what happened to the order, grouped by day. It is read-only: you cannot add a comment to it here. In the Dashboard, older events may exist on Shopify that are not shown yet.

Who can act in the Dashboard

Members with the Admin or Manager role see the action buttons. A member with the Staff role sees the order but not the actions, the shipping address or the notes. See Roles and screen access.

What waits for approval

A refund, a cancellation, a payment capture, marking as paid and editing the order’s items are Admin only. In the Dashboard they are sent to Approvals and nothing changes on the shop until an Admin approves them. See Approve or reject a change. The other actions on the order page are written to Shopify when you confirm them.

In Multi-Store Sync, the same Admin only actions are sent to Approvals in the Dashboard once your workspace has at least one Admin; you see Sent for approval. An Admin approves it in StoreFleet Dashboard → Approvals. If nobody in your workspace uses the Dashboard yet, so there is no Admin, they are written to Shopify right away. Other Multi-Store Sync actions are written to Shopify at once.
