A B2B catalog sets which products and prices a company location can buy. Both Multi-Store Sync inside Shopify admin and the StoreFleet Dashboard list a shop’s catalogs and create, edit and delete company location catalogs, one shop at a time.

Open catalogs

  • In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin): open Products in the app’s menu, then the Catalogs tab.
  • In the Dashboard: open Inventory & Products → Catalogs and pick the shop in the header.

The list shows each Catalog with its Status, Type (Market, Company location or App), who it is Assigned to, its Price list, Price adjustment, Currency and Products.

Create a catalog

  1. Click Create catalog.
  2. Under Catalog, enter the Title and choose a Status: Active, Draft or Archived.
  3. Under Pricing, choose a Price list, or No price list. The prices inside a price list are edited in Shopify admin.
  4. In Products, choose which products the catalog offers, or All products.
  5. Under Company locations, search for company locations and add them. Assign at least one.
  6. Click Save.

You see Catalog created in Multi-Store Sync, or Catalog saved in the Dashboard.

Edit a catalog

  1. Click the catalog in the list.
  2. Change the title, status, price list, products or company locations. Use the remove button next to a company location to unassign it.
  3. Click Save.

Delete a catalog

  1. Open the catalog and click Delete catalog.
  2. In Delete catalog?, click Delete catalog again. The catalog is removed from every company location it is assigned to.

What you cannot do here

  • Only company location catalogs can be edited. A catalog that belongs to a market, or that an app manages, opens read-only; change it in Shopify admin.
  • Prices inside a price list cannot be edited here.
  • To manage the companies and their locations themselves, use Customers → Companies.
