Group your shops

Create shop groups in StoreFleet, put shops in them, and use the group picker in the Dashboard header to work with one brand or region at a time.

Groups are your own labels for shops, for example by brand, region or client. A shop can be in more than one group.

Create a group

  1. Open Integrations → All shops.
  2. Click Manage groups. The Shop groups dialog opens.
  3. Type a New group name and click the add button next to it. Each group shows how many shops it holds.

Put a shop in a group

  1. On Shops, open the ⋮ menu on the shop’s row.
  2. Under Groups, tick the group. Untick it to take the shop out.

Work with one group

  1. In the Dashboard header, open the group picker. It reads All groups until you pick one.
  2. Pick the group. Screens that support groups, such as Shops, then show only that group’s shops.
  3. To go back to every shop, pick All groups again.

Picking a group clears the shop picker, and picking a single shop clears the group.

Groups are also offered when you push a product from the Product Library, so you can send it to every shop of a group at once. See Product Library.

Deleting a group never disconnects the shops in it.

Groups are a Dashboard feature. StoreFleet: Inventory Sync, the app inside Shopify admin, works on one store at a time and does not show groups.
