See payouts and your Shopify Payments balance

Payouts lists the transfers from Shopify Payments to your bank, and what each one contains. Balance shows the money waiting to be paid out. Both read one shop at a time, and both need the shop to accept payments through Shopify Payments.

Open Payouts and Balance

In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin)

1. In the app menu, click Finance.
2. Use the Payouts and Balance tabs at the top.
3. To look at another linked store, switch store with the store button at the top of the page.

In the Dashboard

1. In the sidebar, open Dashboard → Payouts or Dashboard → Balance.
2. Pick the shop in the header. With All shops, the screen opens on your first connected shop.

Read the payout list

1. Filter by status: All, Scheduled, In transit, Paid, Failed or Canceled.
2. Each row shows the Payout date, Status, Type (Deposit or Withdrawal) and Amount.
3. Click a payout to open it.

The payout page has a Summary (Charges, Refunds, Adjustments, Advances, Reserved funds, Retried payouts) with Gross and Total, the Bank reference, and the Transactions behind it: Date, Type, Order, Amount, Fee and Net. Click Load more to see more transactions.

Read the balance

Shopify Payments balance shows the balance per currency, the Default currency and the Payout schedule, for example Every business day or Manual. Recent transactions are listed below. Click View payouts to go to the payout list.

When nothing shows

• The shop doesn’t use Shopify Payments: payouts and balances appear once the shop accepts payments through Shopify Payments. In Multi-Store Sync, click Set up Shopify Payments.
• Permission needed: reading payouts and balances needs a permission the app asks for separately. In Multi-Store Sync, click Grant access on the Finance page and approve it. The Dashboard cannot ask for it: grant it from Multi-Store Sync in that shop’s admin.

What you cannot do here

These screens are view only. You cannot change the payout schedule or start a payout from StoreFleet; do that in your Shopify admin.
