Find and filter orders across shops

You can look up orders in two places. The Dashboard lists the orders of every shop in your workspace in one list. StoreFleet: Inventory Sync, the app inside Shopify admin, lists the orders of one shop.

In the Dashboard

Open Orders & Fulfillment → Orders. The page is titled Orders and lists the orders of every shop in view, with a Channel column that tells you which shop each order came from.

Search

Type in the search box (Order number, customer email or name…). Typing a customer’s email finds all their orders, across shops.

Filter

• Status reads All statuses by default. Choose Unfulfilled, Partially fulfilled, Fulfilled, Payment pending, Paid, Refunded or Partially refunded.
• The date filter reads Any time by default. Pick a range to see orders from those dates only.
• One shop or group: use the shop picker or group picker in the header. The list then shows only those shops’ orders.

Choose the columns

The list shows Order, Date, Customer, Fulfill by, Channel, Total, Payment status, Fulfillment status, Items, Delivery status, Delivery method and Tags. Open Columns to show Destination, Return status or PO number, or to hide a column. Use Sort by to change the order.

Page actions

• Export CSV opens the export window. See Export orders.
• To export only some orders, tick them and choose Export selected.
• More actions holds Import tracking (see Import tracking numbers from a file) and Sync orders now.
• Create order opens Draft orders. It shows when the platform in the header is Shopify. See Draft orders.

In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin)

In Shopify admin, open StoreFleet: Inventory Sync → Orders. The tabs across the top are Orders, Drafts, Abandoned checkouts and Disputes.

• Search: type in Search and filter.
• Status: All, Unfulfilled, Unpaid, Open or Archived.
• Hide archived leaves archived orders out of the list.
• Sort: by Date, Order, Customer, Total or Updated.

The page actions are:

• Fulfill selected: ship several ticked orders at once. See Ship an order with tracking.
• Export: downloads the orders on the current page as a CSV file.
• More actions → Add tags or Remove tags: tick orders, type a Tag and confirm with Add tag or Remove tag.
• Create order: starts a new draft order.

Multi-Store Sync works on one shop at a time: the shop the app is open in, or another shop you linked to it.

Open an order

Click an order to open its page. See The order page for what it shows and what you can do there.
