Find your way around the Dashboard

What the StoreFleet Dashboard header and sidebar contain: the shop and group pickers, the menu sections, and where shared screens like All shops sit.

  5. Why a screen is missing

The Dashboard has a header across the top and a sidebar on the left. Lists show every shop in your workspace unless you narrow them, so you never have to pick a shop before you start.

The header

From left to right:

  • The sidebar button shows or hides the sidebar.
  • Breadcrumbs show where you are.
  • The group picker appears once you have created a group. It reads All groups until you pick one. See Group your shops.
  • The shop picker reads All shops by default. Pick one shop to narrow the screen to it. Picking a group clears the shop, and picking a shop clears the group.
  • The language picker.
  • Your avatar opens your account menu: your name, email and workspace, Profile, and Sign out.

If your workspace has shops on more than one platform, the header also shows one tab per platform. The sidebar then shows only the screens that platform supports, and the shop picker lists that platform’s shops.

Screens that work on one shop

Some screens read one shop at a time, for example Products, Inventory and Approval Settings. When the shop picker says All shops, these screens open on your first connected shop; pick another shop in the header to switch.

The sidebar

Each section opens when you are on one of its screens. For a Shopify workspace the sections are:

Section What you find there
Dashboard Home, Analytics, Tracking Report, Reports, Payouts, Balance, Approvals
Orders & Fulfillment Orders, Draft, Abandoned checkouts, Disputes, Shipments, Tracking Page
Inventory & Products Product Library, Products, Search all shops, Collections, Inventory, Stock by SKU, Transfers and more
Customers Customers, Segments, Companies
Discounts Discounts, Campaigns
Content Metaobjects, Files, Menus, Blog posts
Online store Themes, Pages
Shop One-time shop setup: General, Locations, Shipping & delivery, Markets, Policies and more

Shared screens at the bottom

These screens are about the whole workspace, so they stay at the bottom of the sidebar:

  • Integrations: All shops (the Shops page), Approval Settings, Notification Channels and MCP.
  • Admin: Users & Roles, Audit, Security and Workspace.
  • Connect a shop opens the dialog for adding another shop. See Connect and manage more shops.

The Multi-Store Sync menu in Shopify admin

StoreFleet: Inventory Sync, the app inside your Shopify admin, has its own menu in the Shopify sidebar: Home, Orders, Products, Customers, Marketing, Discounts, Content, Finance, Analytics, Online store, Integrations, Pricing and Settings. Pricing appears only on the store that pays for the workspace.

Multi-Store Sync works on one store at a time. Most pages have a store button at the top that switches to another store linked to the same workspace. See Connect and manage more shops.

Workspace-wide screens, such as All shops, Approvals, Approval Settings, Notification Channels, Users & Roles, Audit, Security and Workspace, are in the Dashboard only.

Why a screen is missing

A member with the Staff role sees only the screens an admin granted. If a section you expect is not there, ask a workspace admin. See Roles and screen access.
