StoreFleet can tell a chat channel when an order arrives, an order is paid or refunded, or a delivery runs into trouble. Alert channels belong to the whole workspace and are set up in the Dashboard only. StoreFleet: Inventory Sync does not have this screen.

In the sidebar, open Integrations → Notification Channels. The page is titled Alert channels.

Connect a Discord channel

  1. In Discord, create a webhook for the channel that should get the alerts and copy its address.
  2. On Alert channels, click Connect a channel and choose Discord.
  3. In Name this connection, type a name you will recognise later, for example Warehouse alerts.
  4. Optionally fill in Chat room name.
  5. Paste the address into Webhook address. It starts with https://discord.com/api/webhooks/.
  6. Click Connect.

Connect a Telegram chat

  1. Have the bot token of your Telegram bot ready, and the ID of the chat it should post in.
  2. On Alert channels, click Connect a channel and choose Telegram.
  3. Type a name in Name this connection, optionally a Bot name, and paste the Bot token.
  4. Click Connect. StoreFleet checks that the bot token works, without sending a message.
  5. Open Events for the new connection (next section). Enter the Chat ID first, then tick the events: each event you tick is sent to the chat ID typed at that moment.

The address or token you paste is stored encrypted and never shown again.

Choose which events reach a channel

  1. Open the ⋮ menu (Manage) on the channel’s row and choose Events.
  2. Tick what the channel gets told about:
    • A new order arrives
    • An order is paid
    • An order is cancelled
    • An order is refunded
    • A delivery arrives
    • A delivery runs into trouble
    • A shop loses its connection
  3. Close the dialog. Each tick is saved as you make it.

Alerts carry the order number and its total. They never carry a buyer’s name, email or address.

Send a test

Open the ⋮ menu and choose Send a test. You see Test message delivered to … when it arrives, or the reason it was refused. For Telegram, tick at least one event with a Chat ID under Events first: the test goes to that chat.

Schedule a daily or weekly report

A scheduled report arrives at a fixed hour whether anything happened or not, so it also tells you the system is still running.

  1. Open the ⋮ menu and choose Daily report.
  2. In How often, choose Every day, covering yesterday or Every week, covering seven days.
  3. Set the Hour (0–23) and, if needed, the Channel or chat.
  4. Click Add the schedule. The first report arrives at the next matching hour.

Times are in the time zone of your browser. Use Pause and Resume to stop and restart a schedule, or remove it; removing a schedule leaves the connection as it is.

See what was sent

Open the ⋮ menu and choose History. Delivery history lists everything sent to the channel, most recent first, as Delivered or Failed. Click Send again to resend one.

Disconnect a channel

Open the ⋮ menu and choose Disconnect. The channel stops getting alerts; its history is kept. The Status column then shows Disconnected.
