The Insights screen answers am I making money, for every shop in your workspace in one set of figures. It is in the Dashboard only: in the sidebar, open Dashboard → Analytics.

StoreFleet: Inventory Sync does not have this screen. Its Analytics menu item opens Reports for one shop instead. See Run sales and sessions reports.

Choose the shops and the period

  1. Open the period menu and pick Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last 90 days or This year. The screen opens on Last 30 days.
  2. To narrow the figures to some shops, use the filter bar (Narrow by shop or period). The group picker in the header narrows them to one group. See Group your shops.

Read the Overview tab

  • Revenue, Profit and Orders in this period, each compared with the previous period when there is one.
  • Cost of goods, Refunds and Platform fees below them.
  • Orders and revenue over time, a chart of the same period.

Click Revenue or Orders in this period to open the Revenue tab, and Profit to open the Costs tab.

Profit is revenue minus costs. If a cost has never been reported, Profit is left empty with One or more costs have never been reported, so this cannot be worked out yet. It is not shown as zero.

When sold items have no cost recorded, Cost of goods says how many, because the figure is then lower than the truth. Amounts in another currency are converted, and the card says at which rate and on which day.

The other tabs

Tab What it shows
Revenue Orders and revenue, broken down with Break down by: Day, Week, Month, Shop, Product or Platform.
Costs One row per shop and day: Cost of goods, Platform fees, Refunds. A dash means nobody reported that cost, not that nothing was spent.
Products Products by Units sold and Revenue, pooled across every shop. Only items matched to a product in your catalogue are counted.
Refunds How many orders were refunded, by platform. It counts orders, not amounts. Click Open the refunded orders list to see them.
Disputes Disputes Needs response, Under review and Resolved, and the most recent ones. Shown for Shopify shops. Click Open Orders › Disputes for the full list.

Export a table

  1. Open Revenue, Costs or Products.
  2. Click Export CSV.

On the other tabs the button is disabled. If the export does not download, shorten the date range and try again.

Some shops are missing from the figures

If a shop cannot be included, a notice says Some stores are not included in these figures and gives the reason for each one, for example that its connection has expired. Reconnect it from Integrations → All shops. See Connect and manage more shops.

What you cannot do here

  • The Refunds tab does not add up refunded amounts: an order records that it was refunded, not how much.
  • Insights is read only.
