Archive or unarchive an order
Archive a finished Shopify order to tidy the Orders list, find archived orders again, and unarchive them, from Multi-Store Sync or the Dashboard.
Archiving closes an order on Shopify so it stops crowding your list. Nothing else about the order changes, and you can unarchive it at any time. Archiving is written to Shopify at once and does not wait for approval.
Archive an order
In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin):
- Open the order.
- Click More actions → Archive. You see Order archived.
In the Dashboard (needs the Admin or Manager role):
- Open the order.
- Click More actions → Archive.
- Confirm Archive this order? with Archive order. You see Order archived.
Find archived orders
In Multi-Store Sync, choose Archived in the status filter of the Orders list. Turn on Hide archived to leave them out.
Unarchive an order
Open the archived order and click More actions → Unarchive. You see Order unarchived.
