Taxes and duties
See whether a Shopify shop's prices include tax, whether shipping is taxed, and how each market handles taxes and duties. View only in StoreFleet.
Taxes and duties shows how a shop charges tax, read live from Shopify. It is view only: change tax settings in the shop’s Shopify admin.
Open Taxes and duties
- In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin): click Settings, then Taxes and duties. If you have linked more than one shop, pick the shop with the store switcher at the top.
- In the Dashboard: open Shop → Taxes and duties and pick the shop in the header.
What you see
- Tax calculations: whether Include sales tax in product price and shipping rate and Charge sales tax on shipping are On or Off.
- Tax regions: one row per market, with its Region, Status (Active or Draft), Taxes and Duties. Taxes show as Added at checkout, Included in prices or Included, adjusted by country.
- Duties and import taxes: in how many markets duties are included in prices, or that they are not included in any market.
If the shop has not granted the Markets permission, the tax regions cannot be shown and the screen says so.
What you cannot do here
You cannot change tax or duty settings from StoreFleet. Open Settings → Taxes and duties in the shop’s Shopify admin to change them.
