The campaigns screen lists the marketing activities that marketing apps report to the shop: ads, emails, posts and so on. It is view-only and shows one shop at a time.

Open the list

  • In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin): open Marketing in the app’s menu.
  • In the Dashboard: open Discounts → Campaigns and pick the shop in the header.

Use Search marketing activities to find one. Clicking an activity opens its page from the marketing app in a new tab, when the app provided one.

What the columns mean

  • Activity: the campaign’s name.
  • Status: for example Active, Scheduled, Paused, Draft or Failed.
  • Type: the tactic and channel, for example Ad · Social or Newsletter · Email.
  • Source / medium: where the traffic is attributed.
  • Ad spend: the spend the app reported, when it reported one.
  • Date created.

What you cannot do here

  • Create, edit, pause or delete a campaign. Do that in the marketing app that made it.
  • See campaigns that no app has reported. If the list says No marketing activities, no marketing app has reported a campaign for this shop yet.
