Search all shops answers one question: which shop is this product, or this SKU, on? It is in the StoreFleet Dashboard only. Multi-Store Sync inside Shopify admin searches one shop’s products on its Products tab.

  1. Open Inventory & Products → Search all shops.
  2. Type at least two characters in the box (Product name, SKU, vendor or tag).
  3. Read the results. The count above the table says how many matches came back across your shops.

The search matches product names, SKUs, vendors and tags. Each row shows the product’s Shop, its Matched SKUs, Status, Inventory, Product type, Vendor, Price and whether it is In library.

Click a row to open that shop’s copy of the product. Editing it there changes that shop only. See Edit a product.

Limits

  • The search reads live from each connected shop at the moment you search. It shows what each shop returned first: there is no total count and no next page. If you get too many results, type a longer term.
  • To see one shop’s whole catalogue, use Inventory & Products → Products instead.
  • To compare stock for one SKU across shops, see Compare stock by SKU across shops.
