Invite members to your workspace
Invite a teammate to your StoreFleet workspace by email, pick their role, and follow pending invitations on the Members page.

Everyone who works in your Dashboard has their own account in the workspace. Only members with the Admin role can invite.
Invite a teammate
- In the sidebar, open Admin → Users & Roles. The page is titled Members.
- Click Invite member.
- In Invite a teammate, enter their Email and choose a Role: Admin, Manager or Staff. See Roles and screen access.
- Click Send invite.
The invitation link is valid for 7 days. The invitation email is currently written in Vietnamese.
Follow invitations
The Pending invites tab lists invitations that have not been accepted yet. The Admin, Manager and Staff tabs list members by role, and All lists everyone.
Members and Multi-Store Sync
Members, invitations and roles belong to the Dashboard. StoreFleet: Inventory Sync has no member list of its own: who can open the app inside your Shopify admin is decided in Shopify.
Give a Staff member access
A Staff member sees only the screens and shops you grant. Set them in the member’s row right after they join. See Roles and screen access.
