View store details (General)
Check a Shopify shop's contact details, address, plan, currency, units, time zone, order ID format and domains. This screen is view only in StoreFleet.
General shows a shop’s basic setup, read live from Shopify. It is view only: to change any of it, use Settings in the shop’s Shopify admin.
Open General
- In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin): click Settings, then General. If you have linked more than one shop, pick the shop with the store switcher at the top.
- In the Dashboard: open Shop → General and pick the shop in the header.
What you see
- Store contact details: the Sender email, phone number and Store address.
- Plan: the shop’s Shopify plan, with a note when it is a Development store.
- Store defaults: Currency display and how many currencies are enabled for customers, Unit system, Default weight unit and Time zone.
- Order ID format: an example of how order IDs appear on the order page, customer pages and order notifications.
- Domains: the shop’s domains, with the Primary one marked and SSL pending where a certificate is not ready yet.
If the shop has not granted the Markets permission, you see the note Other domains need the Markets permission to show here.
What you cannot do here
You cannot edit store details from StoreFleet. Open Settings → General in the shop’s Shopify admin to change them.
