When a change reaches the shop

In Multi-Store Sync, every action is applied in Shopify at once.

In the Dashboard, saving, activating, deactivating and deleting are each sent for approval by default. You see Sent for approval. Nothing changed on the shop yet., and the change is made when an admin or manager approves it. If the shop’s Approval Settings set that kind of change to Auto, you see Saved to the shop. instead. See Approval Settings and Approve or reject a change.

An applied edit, activation or deactivation made in the Dashboard can be rolled back. A deletion cannot. See Undo a change.
