Offer subscriptions with purchase options

A purchase option lets customers buy a product on a schedule, for example every month, with an optional discount. Both Multi-Store Sync inside Shopify admin and the StoreFleet Dashboard create, edit and delete purchase options, one shop at a time.

Open purchase options

• In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin): open Products in the app’s menu, then the Purchase options tab.
• In the Dashboard: open Inventory & Products → Purchase options and pick the shop in the header.

The list shows each Purchase option, its Delivery and discount options and how many Products use it.

Create a purchase option

1. Click Create purchase option.
2. Under Purchase option, enter the Title. Customers see it on the product page, for example Subscribe and save.
3. You can add an Internal description, which only you see, and a Description.
4. Set the Option name. It starts as Delivery every.
5. Under Delivery and discount options, set each option:
   • Option name, for example Monthly.
   • Deliver every and Frequency (Days, Weeks, Months or Years).
   • Discount: No discount, Percentage off, Amount off or Fixed price, and its Value.
6. Click Add option to offer more than one schedule. At least one delivery option is required.
7. Under Products, search for the products that can be bought this way and add them.
8. Click Save. You see Purchase option saved.

Edit a purchase option

1. Click the purchase option in the list.
2. Change the details or the delivery options. Use Remove option to drop a delivery option.
3. Add products with the search box, or remove one with the remove button on its row. Click Load more products if the list is long.
4. Click Save.

Some delivery options show This option uses a pricing or delivery policy that can only be edited in the app that created it. Those can’t be changed here.

Delete a purchase option

1. Open it and click Delete purchase option.
2. Confirm with Delete purchase option.

It is removed from every product. Existing subscriptions are not cancelled.
