Undo a change with Roll back
Find a change in the StoreFleet ledger and roll it back, see which changes cannot be undone, and roll back a change an AI agent made through MCP.
On this page
Every change StoreFleet applies to a shop is recorded in the Ledger, by people and by AI agents alike. Many changes can be rolled back from there.
Roll back a change
- Go to
<workspace>.getstorefleet.com/workspace/ledger. The page is titled Ledger. - Find the change. Filter by shop, kind or actor; an entry made by an agent shows AI, one made directly in Shopify shows Made outside StoreFleet.
- Click View before / after to check what changed.
- Click Roll back, then confirm Roll back this change? with Roll back.
You see Rolled back. The rollback itself is recorded as a new ledger entry.
Only members with the Admin or Manager role can roll back.
Changes that can’t be undone
Some changes cannot be reversed by StoreFleet, for example a refund: the money has left the shop. These are marked Can’t be undone before you approve them, and they have no Roll back button.
Roll back what an AI agent did
- Open Integrations → MCP and go to the Activity tab.
- Click the call you want to undo.
- Click Roll back on its page. The button appears only when the change can be undone.
In StoreFleet: Inventory Sync, inside Shopify admin, you can roll back what an agent did on the store you have open: open Integrations → MCP → Activity, click the call and click Roll back. See MCP in Multi-Store Sync.
See What AI agents can and cannot do.
Changes made in Multi-Store Sync
The Ledger and Roll back are Dashboard features. A change you save directly in Multi-Store Sync goes straight to the shop, and Multi-Store Sync has no ledger to roll it back from. Change it back by hand if needed. Admin only actions taken in Multi-Store Sync, such as a refund, are sent to Approvals once your workspace has an Admin, and wait there for an Admin.
