Export customers to CSV
Download a shop's customers as a CSV file from Multi-Store Sync or the Dashboard, either the current page or all customers prepared in the background.
Exports are one shop at a time. Choose the format CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs or Plain CSV file.
In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin)
- Open Customers and stay on the Customers tab.
- Click Export.
- Under Export, choose:
- Current page: the customers on the page you are looking at.
- All customers: every customer of the shop.
- If you searched first, the customers matching your search.
- Under Export as, choose the format.
- Click Export customers.
The current page or search results download at once as customers.csv. If nothing downloads, allow pop-ups for the site and try again.
All customers runs in the background. A banner says Your customer export is being prepared. Click View exports to download the file when it is ready.
In the Dashboard
- Open Customers → Customers and pick the shop in the header.
- Click Export.
- All customers is the scope here. Choose the format under Export as.
- Click Export customers.
You see Your export is being prepared. Click View exports to go to Exports and download the file when it is ready.
