Shipments and the tracking report

Follow every parcel from every shop on the Shipments screen, recheck a status, and read delivery numbers by carrier on the StoreFleet Tracking report.

Updated

On this page
  1. Shipments
  2. Tracking report

Both screens are in the Dashboard only. Multi-Store Sync, the app inside Shopify admin, shows a shipment’s tracking on the order page but has no Shipments list or Tracking report.

Shipments

Open Orders & Fulfillment → Shipments. The page lists every parcel of every shop in view, each tied to its order, and its status updates automatically.

  • Tabs: All, Not picked up, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered and Problem.
  • Search: by tracking number or order number.
  • Columns: Tracking number, Order, Channel, Carrier, Status, Last update and Recheck.
  • Check now in the Recheck column asks the carrier for the latest status of that parcel.

Each row’s menu also lets you Set the status by hand or Hide this shipment.

To add a parcel, click Add tracking number. See Ship an order with tracking.

Tracking report

Open Dashboard → Tracking Report. The page is titled Tracking report.

  • All parcels, Delivered and Average time to deliver sum up the parcels in view.
  • Lookup allowance shows how many tracking lookups are used, as N of M lookups used.
  • Parcels by carrier compares carriers: Parcels, Delivered and Success.

Use the search box to find one parcel by tracking number or order, and the shop picker in the header to look at one shop.

To give a buyer a page where they follow their own parcel, see The buyer tracking page.
