Compare stock by SKU across shops
See one SKU's stock in every shop side by side on Stock by SKU, spot mismatched or missing SKUs, and match one shop's quantity to another's.

Open Inventory & Products → Stock by SKU in the StoreFleet Dashboard. Each row is one SKU, with its stock in every shop side by side. This screen is in the Dashboard only; Multi-Store Sync inside Shopify admin shows one shop’s stock on its Inventory tab.
Read the table
- Mismatch: the shops report different quantities for this SKU.
- Missing: a shop does not carry this SKU.
- Duplicate: the SKU appears more than once in a shop.
The filter shows Only mismatched or missing SKUs by default; switch to All SKUs to see everything. Click Read again to read the latest stock from your shops.
Match one shop to another
- Click a shop’s cell for the SKU. You see its Stock by location.
- Choose Match another shop, then pick the shop to copy, shown as Set to N, same as ….
- Confirm. The change goes through approval like any other stock change. See Approve or reject a change.
Nothing keeps the shops in sync afterwards: each match is a one-time change you start.
To change a quantity at one location, use Inventory. See Edit inventory.
