Find and browse discounts
See a shop's discount codes and automatic discounts in Multi-Store Sync or the Dashboard, with their status, method, type and usage, and search by title.
Both sides list a shop’s discounts, one shop at a time.
In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin)
- In the app’s menu, open Discounts.
- Type in Search by title to narrow the list.
- Click a discount to open it.
The list is read live from Shopify. If you have more than one shop linked, use the store switcher at the top of the page to look at another shop.
In the Dashboard
- In the sidebar, open Discounts → Discounts.
- Pick the shop in the header.
- Use the tabs All, Active, Scheduled and Expired, or search by code or name.
- Click a discount to open it.
The Dashboard list is read from StoreFleet’s synced copy of the shop’s discounts, so a discount made a moment ago in Shopify may only appear after the next sync. When you open a discount, its details are read live from Shopify.
What the columns mean
- Status: Active, Scheduled or Expired.
- Method: Code (the buyer types a code) or Automatic (applied at checkout without a code).
- Type: Amount off products, Amount off order, Buy X get Y, Free shipping, or a discount made by another app.
- Used: how many times the discount has been used.
Some lists also show a summary, active dates, eligibility or combinations column when that information is available. Use the columns button above the list to show or hide the optional ones.
