Disconnect, delete or unlink a shop

Stop syncing a shop, remove it from your StoreFleet list, or move it out of your workspace by unlinking it or rotating its connection key.

Updated

On this page
  1. Disconnect
  2. Delete
  3. Unlink
  4. Rotate the key from the Shopify app
  5. Uninstall the app

All three actions are in the ⋮ menu on the shop’s row, on Integrations → All shops. Each one asks you to confirm first.

Disconnect

Choose Disconnect and confirm. StoreFleet stops syncing the shop immediately. Orders and products already pulled in stay, and the shop shows Disconnected. You can connect it again later with its connection key.

Delete

Choose Delete and confirm. The shop is removed from your list. Data already pulled in is not deleted.

Unlink is for Shopify shops and only workspace admins see it. Confirming rotates the shop’s connection key: the current key stops working and the shop leaves this workspace. The merchant sees a new key in the app.

Rotate the key from the Shopify app

A merchant can also take a shop out of a workspace from their own admin:

  1. Open StoreFleet: Inventory Sync → Settings → Storefleet account.
  2. In the Connection key card, click Rotate key.
  3. Confirm Rotate the connection key?. If the store is linked to a workspace, it leaves that workspace and the old key stops working at once.

Uninstall the app

Uninstalling StoreFleet: Inventory Sync from the shop in Shopify ends StoreFleet’s access to it. The shop then shows Disconnected on the Shops page.
