Read the Home overview: sales, sessions and things to do
What the Home screen shows in StoreFleet: Inventory Sync and in the Dashboard: total sales, orders, sessions, conversion rate and the to-do list.
On this page
Home answers how is this shop doing, and what needs doing today. It shows one shop at a time, read live from Shopify, and it looks the same in Multi-Store Sync and in the Dashboard.
Open Home
In Multi-Store Sync (Shopify admin)
- Open StoreFleet: Inventory Sync in your Shopify admin. Home is the first screen; you can also click Home in the app menu.
- If your workspace has more than one store, use the store button at the top of the page to switch to another linked store. See Connect and manage more shops.
In the Dashboard
- In the sidebar, open Dashboard → Home.
- Pick the shop in the header. When the shop picker says All shops, Home opens on your first connected shop.
Choose the date range
- Open Date range and pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Custom. Home opens on Last 30 days.
- For Custom, set Starting and Ending. The ending date has to be on or after the starting date.
In Multi-Store Sync, a custom range can be at most 366 days long. A longer range shows Date range is too long.
What the numbers mean
- Total sales, Orders and Average order value for the range.
- Sessions and Conversion rate for the online store.
- Total sales over time, a chart of the same range.
If a number cannot be read, Home says why instead of showing zero. For example, some numbers need Shopify’s approval for protected customer data, or the shop has to be reconnected.
Things to do
Things to do counts what needs your attention right now:
- Orders to fulfill
- Payments to capture
- Orders with an unpaid balance
- Return requests to review
- Abandoned checkouts to recover
- Orders with open disputes
Click a line to open the matching list. When nothing is waiting, you see You’re all caught up.
What you cannot do here
- Home shows one shop at a time. To compare revenue and profit across shops, use Analytics: revenue, costs and profit.
- Home is read only. You act on an item from the list it opens.
