All shops in a workspace are listed on one page. In the Dashboard sidebar, open Integrations → All shops. The page is titled Shops.

Connect another Shopify shop from the Dashboard

Every shop has one connection key. You copy it from the app in that shop’s admin and paste it into the workspace the shop should join.

  1. On Shops, click Connect a shop (the same button is at the bottom of the sidebar).
  2. If the app is not installed on the other shop yet, click Open Shopify App Store and install it there.
  3. In that shop’s Shopify admin, open StoreFleet: Inventory Sync → Settings → Storefleet account. In the Connection key card, click Show or Copy.
  4. Back in the dialog, paste the key into Shopify connection key and click Connect with key.
  5. You see Connected followed by the shop, and the shop appears in the list.

If the key is wrong you see Could not connect. Check your key or create a new one in the Shopify app.

Connect from the Shopify app instead

  1. In the app of a shop that is already in the workspace, open Settings → Storefleet account.
  2. Under Connect another store, paste the other store’s key into Other store’s connection key.
  3. Click Connect store.

When StoreFleet suggests a workspace for a newly installed shop, the Storefleet account tab shows Add this store to the … workspace, with Join … and Keep this store separate.

The Stores in this workspace card on the same tab lists every connected store, with its Role: Primary or Secondary.

Switch store inside Multi-Store Sync

Once stores share a workspace, you can work on any of them from one Shopify admin:

  1. At the top of a Multi-Store Sync page, click the store button. It shows the name of the store you are working on.
  2. Type in Search stores if the list is long, and pick a store.
  3. The app reloads with that store’s data. You stay in the same Shopify admin.

Connect another store, next to the store button, opens Settings → Storefleet account at the connection form.

Read the shop list

Use the All, Connected and Disconnected tabs and the search box (Search by shop name or domain…) to narrow the list.

What you see What it means
Connected StoreFleet can reach the shop and keeps its data in sync.
Disconnected Sync has stopped: you disconnected the shop, or its access ended, for example after the app was uninstalled. Data already pulled in stays.
Last synced / Never synced When StoreFleet last read the shop. To read it again now, open the ⋮ menu on the row and choose Resync now.
Last error The last problem the platform reported for that shop.
Can’t: … The shop did not grant every permission, so StoreFleet cannot do the jobs listed, for example Can’t: add tracking, change stock.

Plan badges

The Pricing card at the top shows your workspace plan (Free, Standard or Pro), Using N of M stores, and a Change plan button that opens the plan page in Shopify. The Plan column on each row shows:

  • Included: the shop is covered by the workspace plan.
  • Trial: the shop is in a trial period.
  • Needs a bigger plan: the workspace has more shops than its plan covers. Choose a larger plan with Change plan.
  • Billing store: the shop the workspace subscription is billed through.

The first 2 stores in a workspace are free.
